Maximizing the use of wood, certified PassivHaus and equipped with the latest ecological innovations:

 

• Geothermal energy and heat pumps

• Green roofs

• Photovoltaic panels

• Greywater recycling

• Biodiversity refuge garden

 

As part of the Grand Est Region’s call for Sustainable Tourism projects (2022),

 

launched in partnership with the Banque des Territoires, CDC Biodiversité, and Grand E-Nov+,

 

aiming to place Grand Est among the world's top Smart Destinations.

 

We are proud to be one of the 7 recipients of this call for projects.

 

In partnership with the Grand Est Region,

 

we have worked with the Solar Impulse Foundation to identify the latest labelled innovations for climate transition that are suitable for our project.

 

 

• We optimized the building’s energy performance

• We manage water responsibly by recycling shower and sink water for toilets and garden irrigation

• and use solar energy to generate our own electricity.
